There is a £20.00 collection fee which covers all parking costs and waiting period after your flight has landed until you reach the arrivals hall.
We operate a no smoking policy in all limousines.
All charges are calculated from base to base. Base = Hyde Park Corner.
We reserve the right to add a service fee (10% max) to the final invoice for account/credit card payments.
Minimum of 100% surcharge on Christmas Day and New Years Day (25% other public holidays).
Telephone charged at £1.50 per minute.

Cancellations & Amendments:

Within 2 hours of booked time or any time after 18:00 for evening or next day bookings up to 10:00 a.m. = 100% of booking.
Between 2 hours and 6 hours of booked time = 50% of booking.
Over 6 hours notice (except next day) = no charge.
