• We operate a No Smoking policy in all cars.
• All charges are calculated from base to base. Base = Hyde Park Corner.
• We reserve the right to add a service fee (max 10%) to the final invoice for account/credit card payments.
• At weekends & public holidays and journeys outside the M25 (London Orbital Motorway) - rates are:
  £45 per hour (Mercedes E class)
  £60 per hour (Mercedes S class & MPV)
  Includes 10 miles each hour (50 miles max)
  Excess at above.
• All charges are calculated from base to base. Base = Hyde Park Corner.
• Min charge at Xmas/New Year is £72 per hour (Mercedes E class) £104 per hour (Mercedes S class & MPV).
• Any bookings deemed to be "As Directed" whereby there is a waiting element involved, will have a minimum charge of 4 hours at the relevant chargeable rate.
• Bookings made as "Evening Hires" have a 5 hour minimum charge at the relevant hourly rate.
• All telephone charges at £1.50 per minute.

Cancellations & Amendments:

• Within 2 hours of booked time or any time after 18:00 for evening or next day bookings up to 10:00 a.m. = 100% of booking.
• Between 2 hours and 6 hours of booked time = 50% of booking.
• Over 6 hours notice (except next day) = no charge.
